Russell has spent the bulk of his career working in brands across the globe, specifically in innovation and strategy roles. Brands include Tesco, YUM Brands, KFC, P&O Cruises, Cunard & UK pub group Greene King.
Across his time in various organisations he has come across the word 'ok' - meaning satisfactory, it's alright, acceptable - but what if there was something bigger here - 'what if' we did something different and more worryingly 'what if' we didn't. He became famous for challenging the 'status quo' and delivering big change in big business.
Russell is acknowledged as having a fantastic ability to see into the future and understand how technology in particular is facilitating changes in human behavior and how this is impacting the way we interact with the world and the subsequent changes on big business.
His unique ability to see what is on the horizon and translate this for business, coupled with his ability to build structure and strategy has built him the reputation as the man who knows the 'art of the possible' and led to the creation of the Future Factory London in 2017.
