A British National, Oxford Brookes Graduate with a B.Sc. in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Career started in Hotels with Intercontinental Hotel Group In Washington DC and then moved to the UAE in 2003 with Crowne Plaza Hotels.
From there, after covering a multitude of F&B segments from Stewarding to Room Service, Banqueting, restaurants and nightclubs, my career moved into international F&B concepts, specifically the launch and expansion of them into the GCC. Managing, leading and launching such brands as Wagamama, Trader Vics, Frankies Italian Bar and Grill, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Mahiki, Stars and Bars and more, Dan has over 15 years experience in the industry.
