Jimmy Lopez is the Executive Assistant Manager in charge of F&B of Palazzo Versace Dubai. He started his career back in 1997, joining Le Meridien Phuket, Thailand, as a management trainee. He built up his career working for leading hospitality brands, like Ritz Carlton and Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts in Dubai, UAE.

Jimmy is a seasoned professional who championed the opening of the six restaurants and two bars at Palazzo Versace Dubai, working closely with Michelin-starred chefs and being a key component of Q’s Bar and Lounge success. Q’s – Quincy Jones’ first ever bar- is Dubai’s most desirable venue for live entertainment. This purpose-built venue with living room-like space features performances from an ever-changing schedule of acts featuring next generation stars, directed by Quincy himself.

Jimmy Lopez is passionate and has brought in a fresh approach towards conceptualizing the dining offering of Palazzo Versace Dubai. He works tirelessly to maintain the service excellence the hotel is renowned for and has a great sense of discovering new talents for his team.

He joined Palazzo Versace Dubai in December 2014 as F&B manager and worked up his way to the Executive Assistant Manager position due to his passion and dedication towards elevating the brand and bringing it to the front row of the hospitality names in the region.
